Connect to the excavator

First step on the construction site: connect the excavator to the quick-change plate. One click and you're ready to go.

Position the machine over the borehole

The machine is positioned over the borehole with a swivel. Filling area as far as the excavator arm can reach

Machine starts its work.

First, the machine measures the borehole: depth, density of the horizon. And: the tamping piston pushes the borehole free if it has sunk a little.

Intuitive controls

The control system makes things easy for the operator: filling depth, contact pressure, filling progress: everything is precisely displayed and digitally documented. The control system adapts to even the most difficult subsoil.

Always plumb

The built-in laser helps the machine operator to avoid straying from the right path. Vertically, diagonally or horizontally.

Strong tamping piston

The robust tamping piston is driven internally by a 15 KN push chain. This creates a controllable contact pressure of 0.8 - 3.7 MPa.

Layer by layer - quality. Each individual layer is compressed with enormous contact pressure until the sealing element is finished

Complete!

The borehole is completely filled. It will not sink and will always withstand dynamic loads. The data set is transferred to the database together with the GPS position.
