Powerfully driven by a push chain, the steel plugging piston moves into the borehole and compacts the material in individual layers - this creates layer by layer compaction in the borehole. We rent the machine for the duration of the construction work and supply the sealing material specially developed for this process.

Digital documentation

The BOROPLAST machine uses the SIMATIC control system to provide the most precise data on every step of the layer-by-layer filling process. Filling depth, layer thickness and contact pressure are documented digitally in great detail layer by layer. The GeoLOG app that is part of the process records the properties of the resulting sealing element completely and precisely. The position of the borehole and the construction site environment are recorded in the GeoLOG app as a 3D model and precisely located photogrammetrically.

The GeoLOG app is the ideal assistant for planning the construction site, recording and measuring the drilling starting points, documenting the work carried out and the subsequent digital documentation, verification and invoicing of the work.
